Radar nudge — day 3

Still waiting on Dave: Q3 budget numbers

You asked Tuesday. No reply yet. A polite bump is drafted for you.

The problem

Your to-do list is lying to you

The work that actually burns you was never on it.

The buried commitment

“Can you send the revised proposal by Thursday?” — line 4 of Tuesday's email thread. You said yes. Then forty more emails arrived.

The follow-up black hole

You asked legal for redlines five days ago. Nobody is tracking that they owe you — so the project stalls silently while everyone waits.

The guilt machine

38 red overdue tasks. You stop opening the app, because the app's main feature is making you feel bad. Now nothing is tracked at all.

To-do apps fail because they rely on you typing in tasks at the exact moment you're too busy to type them. LoopVantage removes the typing.

How it works

Three moves. Zero meta-work.

1

Forward it and forget it

BCC or forward any email to your private capture address. AI extracts the commitments inside — who owes what, to whom, by when — and queues them for a one-tap accept. Nothing becomes a task without your yes.

2

The Radar chases, so you don't

Tell LoopVantage what you're waiting on. When the reply window passes, it nags you by email — politely, persistently, with a pre-drafted bump — until you tap “Sent it” or “Got reply.” No follow-up dies quietly again.

3

One vantage point each morning

Lock in a Top 3. Work from a single “Do This Next” card, scored by commitment, deadline, and momentum. Quick wins fill the gaps between meetings. No 50-item scroll of shame.

The Follow-Up Radar

The follow-up you forget is the one that costs you.

A dropped follow-up isn't a productivity slip — it's a stalled deal, a ghosted invoice, a client quietly wondering if you're on top of things. The Radar keeps a ledger of everything you're owed and refuses to let it die: escalating reminders on your schedule, a ready-to-send bump for every item, and one-tap resolution from any mail client — no login, no app switch.

  • Escalating nudges that respect your quiet hours
  • Pre-drafted pings — gentle, direct, or final
  • One-tap “Sent it” straight from the reminder email
  • A graveyard review instead of infinite nagging

Watching

Non-punitive by design

A task manager that doesn't punish you for being human

Red overdue badges don't create urgency. They create abandonment.

The Clean Slate

Fell behind? One button rolls every slipped task forward. No red text, no “overdue by 45 days,” no shame spiral — just today, again.

Rings, not guilt

An Apple-style completion ring fills as your Top 3 gets done. Progress you can feel, without gamified kindergarten points.

Streaks with shields

Weekends never break your streak. Sick days get shields. The system assumes you have a life — and keeps working when you return.

We can't read your inbox. That's the point.

LoopVantage never requests inbox access — no read scopes, no mailbox sync, no silent scanning. You forward exactly the emails that matter, we extract the commitments, and the raw content is purged after processing. Only unverified senders shout into the void: mail to your capture address from anyone but you is ignored.

Built for

People whose reputation rides on follow-through

Fractional executives & consultants

Three clients, three inboxes, forty context switches a day. One dropped deliverable can cost a five-figure retainer. LoopVantage is the safety net under all of it — without 90 minutes of evening Asana grooming.

Agency owners & account leads

Your projects stall because clients ghost emails — and nobody notices for a week. The Radar tracks every asset, approval, and answer you're owed, and makes sure the bump goes out.

High-context & ADHD professionals

Analysis paralysis at 9 AM, guilt at 9 PM. LoopVantage gives you one card at a time, celebrates momentum, and never weaponizes your backlog against you.

FAQ

Fair questions

How does capture work if you never connect to my inbox?

You get a private capture address. Forward or BCC any email to it — from Gmail, Outlook, or your phone's mail app — and AI extracts the tasks and commitments inside. Only email from your verified addresses is accepted; everything else is ignored.

What happens to the emails I forward?

We process the content, keep the extracted commitments plus a short snippet for context, and purge the raw email. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Do the people I'm waiting on see anything?

No. The Radar nags you, not them. It drafts the follow-up and you decide when to send it, from your own email address, in your own voice.

I use both Gmail and Outlook. Does that matter?

Not at all — forwarding works identically from both, so one LoopVantage covers your whole split-inbox life. That's a big part of why we built capture this way.

Will you ever read my inbox automatically?

Ambient inbox sync is on the roadmap as a strictly opt-in feature with read-only scopes, for people who want the full autopilot. The forward-based capture stays forever — some things shouldn't require handing over your mailbox.

What does it cost?

Free during early access. At launch, Pro is planned at $15/month with a 14-day free trial, and early-access users keep the launch price. A Team tier is on the roadmap.

Stop typing to-do lists. Start closing loops.
